Frequently asked questions
What happens to the items that you don’t take?
Anything we pass on can either be picked up by the consignor or donated to a charitable non-profit. It’s up to you!
Who prices my items?
Woolly & Worn staff determines the pricing.
How do I know when my items sell?
Once an established consignor, you will have access to your consignor portal where will see your list of consigned items, their prices, expiration dates, and when they sell.
How do I get paid?
We have 3 options for payout:
Electronic Transfer Funds (direct deposit): This is set up by the consignor in their consignor portal. We do payouts on the 15th of every month for consignors with a balance of $20 or more.
Cash: Available during store hours for a balance of $100 or less. Consignors with a balance of more than $100 who wish to not do direct deposit, please email us to arrange a time to pick up a check.
Store credit (highest payout).
How long is the consignment period?
Our consignment period is 12 weeks long.
What happens if I have items that are unsold at the end of the consignment period?
We give our consignors 7 days after the expiration date to collect any unsold items if they wish to have them back. If the consignor fails to collect expired items in that timeframe, they may be donated.
